Our one-to-one personal training sessions last anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on what is to be accomplished in a given workout, and relative to the totality of one's program.
While some clients perform additional exercise outside of our facility, most see us solely for their workout needs. Regardless, every second of every session in our facility is monitored under the close watch of either of the two business owners.
As our job is to help our clients, we'll work with anyone in any situation that is looking for honest hard work to better their physique. That could mean three sessions per week under our guidance, or body part specialization with someone who simply wishes to bring up an area lagging behind in appearance or structure.
While all workouts/programs consist of repetitions and sets, and utilize many of the same exercise tools (machines, dumbbells, etc.), we do not subscribe to a 'one size fits all' approach and ultimately the goals and needs of the client dictate what direction his/her program will proceed. Rest assured, however, that our services are totally unique to the South Shore area.
